2026-2027 Washington County Teacher of the Year - Robin Papa

Washington County’s Teacher of the year for 2026-2027 was awarded to Robin Papa at a ceremony this evening at Fountain Head Country Club. Robin is a math teacher at Clear Spring High School. She has been a teacher in Washington County Public Schools for 28 years. There were more than 100 nominees for teacher of the year.
